Moving is already one of the most stressful things you can do. The last thing you need is to be on your hands and knees scrubbing a previous tenant’s shower at 10pm before the lease handover.

That’s what move-in/out service is for. You focus on boxes, logistics, and whatever fresh chaos has decided to show up that day. We handle getting the space truly clean — the kind of clean that holds up to a landlord’s final walkthrough, or welcomes you into a new home that actually feels like yours.

What move-out cleaning covers

The goal is simple: get the space to a condition that passes any inspection and maximizes your deposit return. That means:

• Every surface wiped down and sanitized — inside cabinets, drawers, closets, pantries
• Appliances cleaned inside and out: oven, microwave, fridge (moved and cleaned behind, if accessible), dishwasher, range hood
• Bathrooms deep-cleaned, including grout, shower tracks, behind toilets, exhaust fans
• Floors vacuumed, mopped, and edge-detailed; carpet spot-treated where needed
• Fixtures polished: faucets, handles, light switches, outlet covers
• Baseboards, door frames, windowsills, and vents all wiped

If your lease has specific requirements (carpet cleaning, wall washing, etc.), we’ll build them into the scope up front.

What move-in cleaning covers

Starting fresh in a new place deserves a fresh start. Move-in service covers the same deep detail as move-out, with extra attention to the things you don’t want to discover three weeks in:

• Inside every cabinet, drawer, and closet
• Full appliance sanitization
• Deep bathroom clean — grout, fixtures, every inch of tile
• Floors detailed in every corner, including inside closets and pantries
• Air vents, light fixtures, and ceiling fan blades wiped
• High-touch surfaces sanitized throughout

Timing and pricing

Move cleans are priced by home size and condition. Most 2-3 bedroom homes take a two-person team four to six hours. We can almost always accommodate short-notice bookings — tell us what you need and when, and we’ll make it work.
